1Shot Wallet End User Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 7, 2026
These Wallet End User Terms of Service are an agreement between 1Shot API, Inc. (“1Shot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and each person who creates or uses a non-custodial wallet through a 1Shot-provided wallet interface (“you”), including an interface embedded in a third-party website or application. They govern wallet creation and access, passkeys, transactions, relayer-assisted activity, credentials, delegations, and agentic-wallet features (collectively, the “Wallet Services”).
IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS INCLUDE INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER, AND A 30-DAY RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION. SECTION 18 EXPLAINS THESE TERMS.
By checking the acceptance box and selecting the corresponding create, continue, accept, or transact button, you agree to these Terms. You acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or use a 1Shot wallet.
1. Ecosystem Documents
The Public Infrastructure Terms and Acceptable Use Policy also apply to your use of hosted infrastructure. The Privacy Policy describes 1Shot's information practices. These Wallet Terms control if they conflict concerning wallet creation, key control, transactions, fees, delegations, or wallet-user rights. A displayed transaction quote controls only the specific network, asset, amount, fee, recipient, expiration, and other transaction details it expressly identifies. The terms and privacy notice of an embedding application govern that application's separate relationship with you and do not replace these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority and have legal capacity where you live, and are legally permitted to use the Wallet Services. The Wallet Services are not directed to children.
3. Non-Custodial Wallet
Your wallet is designed so that neither 1Shot nor a cloud service acting for 1Shot can generate, possess, reconstruct, decrypt, or independently use your private signing key. 1Shot does not custody your assets and does not back up or recover your private key.
Your passkey provider or device platform may independently provide device or cloud-keychain functionality, but 1Shot does not control or guarantee it. If you lose access to your device, passkey, or any recovery capability supplied by your device or passkey provider, associated assets may become permanently inaccessible.
The Wallet Services may store client-encrypted credential or delegation data in the 1Shot relayer. 1Shot cannot decrypt that data. Associated identifiers, public keys, wallet addresses, timestamps, and transaction metadata are not necessarily encrypted or anonymous.
Credentials or delegations may also be stored on your device. Protect your device, browser profile, passkey, exported keys, and sessions. 1Shot support will never ask for a private key or recovery secret.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying the recipient, asset, amount, network, contract, method, parameters, permission, fee, and transaction before approval; protecting devices and credentials; maintaining sufficient balances; selecting applications, agents, merchants, payees, issuers, verifiers, and counterparties; reviewing delegations; revoking authority you no longer intend; and complying with law.
5. Blockchain Transactions
Blockchain transactions may be public, permanent, delayed, reordered, replaced, reverted, or irreversible. 1Shot generally cannot cancel, freeze, modify, retrieve, refund, or erase a transaction after submission. Previews, simulations, labels, balances, and gas estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. You make the final decision to authorize a transaction.
6. Fees and Gas Sponsorship
1Shot currently does not charge end users to create or maintain a wallet through the Wallet Services. An embedding application or another third party may charge its own fees.
1Shot may offer, limit, modify, or discontinue gas sponsorship based on the interface, integration, network, transaction, or other applicable conditions. Before you authorize a transaction for which you will pay a 1Shot, network, conversion, or third-party charge, the interface will disclose the charge or the method used to calculate it. 1Shot will not impose a new charge on a transaction you already authorized without presenting the revised charge for your approval.
Separate products or services, including use of public or paid relayers outside the wallet interface, may have different charges under their applicable terms and displayed quote. A third-party wallet, bridge, swap, protocol, onramp, exchange, token issuer, or other service may impose its own charge.
7. Host Applications
The Wallet Services may appear within a third-party website or application (“Host Application”). A Host Application is independent from 1Shot and may offer its own products, transactions, agents, content, fees, terms, and privacy notice. The Host Application's terms govern its separate relationship with you but do not modify these Terms or replace a 1Shot-controlled acceptance flow.
1Shot is not the seller, merchant of record, escrow agent, or party to a transaction merely because the Wallet Services are embedded in a Host Application or help you authorize or relay the transaction. You are responsible for reviewing the Host Application, transaction, counterparty, and applicable third-party terms. 1Shot does not provide card-style chargebacks.
8. Delegations and Agents
You may authorize an application or agent to act under a scoped permission. Before approval, the interface should identify the application or agent; permitted actions, assets, destinations, limits, network, duration, fees, offline operation, and revocation method.
By approving, you authorize activity within the displayed scope. Automated systems may misunderstand instructions, be compromised, behave unexpectedly, or act while you are offline. Revocation may require an on-chain transaction and may not stop an action already validly initiated.
9. Credentials and Third-Party Integrations
At your direction, the Wallet Services may interact with credential issuers or verifiers, embedding applications, passkey providers, RPC and index providers, smart contracts, token issuers, and other services. Those parties are independent and may receive information necessary for the interaction. Their own terms, privacy notices, eligibility rules, fees, and restrictions may apply. 1Shot may add, replace, restrict, or discontinue an integration and does not control, endorse, or warrant any third party's accuracy, security, legality, acceptance, value, performance, or continued availability.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Wallet Services to violate law; defraud or deceive; launder funds; finance terrorism; evade sanctions or restrictions; distribute malware; interfere with services; gain unauthorized access; facilitate illegal goods or services; infringe rights; or bypass permission, rate, security, geographic, or usage controls. The Acceptable Use Policy contains additional rules.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains 1Shot's information practices. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, host domains, and public-chain activity are pseudonymous and may be personal information. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by 1Shot. Client-encrypted records remain subject to off-chain retention and deletion even though 1Shot cannot decrypt them.
12. Intellectual Property
1Shot and its licensors own the Wallet Services, interfaces, nonpublic software, documentation, and branding, subject to applicable open-source licenses. 1Shot grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Wallet Services lawfully during these Terms. You retain rights in content and credentials you lawfully provide.
13. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
1Shot may change or discontinue a feature for security, legal, technical, product, capacity, or third-party reasons. A material change to these Terms will be presented for renewed assent before 1Shot relies on it for continued wallet use.
1Shot may restrict 1Shot-operated interfaces or relayer functionality for breach, abuse, security risk, sanctions, unlawful use, or legal process. 1Shot may be unable to prevent direct interaction with a public blockchain through other software.
You may stop using the Wallet Services and clear local wallet data. Local reset does not erase public blockchain or eligible off-chain records. You may request deletion of eligible 1Shot-controlled off-chain information through info@1shotapi.com.
14. Disclaimers
THE WALLET SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1SHOT DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 1SHOT DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, SECURITY AGAINST EVERY ATTACK, OR SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR TRANSACTION.
1SHOT DOES NOT GUARANTEE A BLOCKCHAIN, SMART CONTRACT, TOKEN, STABLECOIN, BRIDGE, RPC SERVICE, ISSUER, VERIFIER, AGENT, TRANSACTION, CONFIRMATION, FINALITY, VALUE, PEG, REDEMPTION, OR TAX RESULT. NOTHING IN THE WALLET SERVICES IS LEGAL, FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR TAX ADVICE.
1SHOT IS NOT YOUR BANK, BROKER, DEALER, INVESTMENT ADVISER, FIDUCIARY, TRUSTEE, ESCROW AGENT, MERCHANT OF RECORD, OR AGENT. NO COMMUNICATION OR INTERFACE CREATES A FIDUCIARY, ADVISORY, CUSTODIAL, OR AGENCY RELATIONSHIP.
Non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1SHOT AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, DIGITAL ASSETS, OR OPPORTUNITIES.
1SHOT'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WALLET SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO 1SHOT FOR THE WALLET SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR US$100. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, AND NOTHING LIMITS NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify 1Shot from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement, fraud, or material breach. You do not indemnify 1Shot for 1Shot's own negligence, misconduct, or breach, and this section does not waive non-waivable rights.
17. Informal Resolution
Before arbitration, a party must send an individualized notice describing the claimant, wallet or acceptance reference, facts, requested relief, and contact information. Notices to 1Shot must be sent to info@1shotapi.com and 1Shot API, Inc., 2108 N St #4922, Sacramento, CA 95816. The parties will attempt resolution for 60 days.
18. Arbitration and Class Waiver
Except for small claims and the exceptions below, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator may award the individual relief a court could award.
Arbitration may proceed by documents, telephone, or video where permitted. Any in-person hearing will occur at a reasonably convenient location for you. Fees will be allocated under the AAA Consumer Rules and applicable law.
Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court or seek temporary court relief to protect wallets, keys, intellectual property, confidential information, or service security. Claims that cannot lawfully be arbitrated are excluded. A claim for public injunctive relief will be decided by a court only after the arbitration of arbitrable claims and remedies, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes must proceed individually and not as a class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, or representative action. If the AAA determines that its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply, those rules will govern administration together with the Consumer Arbitration Rules. This provision does not prevent an individual claimant from obtaining all relief available on that claimant's own claim. If a final decision holds the class-action waiver unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will proceed in court after all arbitrable matters are completed; the remainder of this arbitration agreement remains enforceable.
The arbitrator has exclusive authority to decide disputes about the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement, except that a court decides the enforceability of the class-action waiver. If the AAA cannot or will not administer a dispute consistent with these Terms, the parties will select a comparable administrator or a court will appoint one; the parties do not intend the arbitration agreement to fail solely because the AAA is unavailable.
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@1shotapi.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Include your wallet or acceptance-record identifier, the email address used to send the notice, and a clear statement that you opt out. Do not include a private key or secret.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A CLAIM ARISING FROM THE WALLET SERVICES OR THESE TERMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER IT ACCRUES OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
19. Governing Law and Courts
Delaware law governs, excluding conflict rules, but does not displace non-waivable protections where you live. If a dispute is not arbitrated, the parties consent to the state and federal courts in San Francisco County, California, except for eligible local small-claims actions or where applicable law requires another forum.
20. General
These Terms, incorporated ecosystem terms, and transaction-specific disclosures are the agreement for the Wallet Services. The Privacy Policy is a notice. Invalid provisions will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder remains effective. 1Shot may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the relevant business. You may not assign them without consent. No failure to enforce is a waiver. Electronic notices and records satisfy writing requirements where lawful.
