1Shot Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: August 7, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to 1Shot-hosted public infrastructure, registered Developer Services, Wallet Services, and each integration or agent using them.

You may not use, facilitate, or allow use of a 1Shot service to:

  1. violate law, court order, sanctions, or export restrictions;
  2. launder money, finance terrorism, evade lawful controls, or knowingly transact in proceeds of crime;
  3. defraud, deceive, impersonate, phish, steal credentials, or misrepresent a transaction, agent, asset, merchant, or service;
  4. transact in illegal goods or services or facilitate unlawful gambling, exploitation, trafficking, malware, ransomware, or prohibited weapons activity;
  5. infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  6. compromise, probe, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to a service, wallet, account, key, API, smart contract, network, or third-party system;
  7. bypass rate, spending, geographic, security, permission, authentication, or usage controls;
  8. scrape or harvest information except through an authorized interface and within applicable limits;
  9. distribute malicious code or create a deceptive wallet, transaction, consent, credential, or payment interface;
  10. configure an agent or delegated permission deceptively, conceal material automated activity, exceed displayed authority, or obstruct revocation;
  11. use another person's credentials or signing authority without valid authorization;
  12. submit unnecessary highly sensitive information or place private keys, recovery secrets, or authorization tokens in support channels or public fields; or
  13. create material legal, security, operational, reputational, or third-party service risk that 1Shot reasonably cannot mitigate.

1Shot may investigate, rate-limit, restrict, suspend, or terminate affected hosted access; preserve evidence; and cooperate with lawful authorities. Enforcement will be proportionate where practical and does not mean 1Shot can reverse or erase a public blockchain transaction.

1Shot may update this Policy with notice appropriate to the change.
